So, I found some old recordings of one of my old bands I thought I would share. It was a western-themed power metal/traditional heavy metal band called Stagecoach Inferno.
The quality is awfully rough, but the songs are fun, and there's some cool guitar stuff in there. I split solo duties with my co-guitarist Brennan, and he did the bluesy, more laid-back solos while I was in charge of the shred madness.
Even though they're rough, I still think they're a fun listen. It was entirely self-produced, and by the life of me I don't know why we didn't do any overdubs for the rhythm guitar tracks. Still kicking myself for that one.
Off the top of my head, amp wise I'm pretty sure we used both a Peavey Bandit and a Peavey Ultra Plus, and I did my solos with a Behringer V-Amp into an M-Audio interface into Garageband.
The band is still going strong, and they've done quality recordings since then, but this is the only recorded output from when I was in the band. Hope you guys enjoy.
