Framus Dragon v Cobra

Some time back i got a framus dragon.

Ive read a lot of people prefer the cobra over the dragon and heard its very easy to mod a dragon to a cobra.

After looking at the schematics i see its just a case of changing the 2 x 10nf caps which are connected to the mid control of each channel for a 22nf cap.

Should I go ahead with this mod? I work in electronics so im quite capable of performing it without killing myself in the process.

Also does anyone actually use the notch option on each channel at all??
If so i may take the extra time to add a switch and the 4.7nf cap to get this option.

I'm using a Cobra head through a Dragon cab. My favourite part of my rig and it's unmodded. I retubed as soon as I got my hands on it to Ruby EL34s. The notch switch is retarded and I would advise against using it, it turns your tone to mush.

I wont bother adding a notch switch then.

Ive still got the stock valves in mine.
Read a lot of people are using Ruby's in their dragons/cobras.
Also read a lot of people saying to use winged Cs so bit undecided which to go for.

You got any clips of ur Cobra?

Also what preamp tubes are you using?
