Fredrik Nordström and Confession

Miles better than Cancer sounded.

I don't know if its a skill/performance/confidence thing but the clean singer has far too much obvious autotune. Would also be nice to hear Crafters vocals without all the distortion and fx that they had on Cancer also.

PS Nordstroms drums sound amazing, The IKTPQ album is probably one of my favourite drum sounds of all time.

They just posted this on Facebook...

"Most band's use auto tune in one way or another. Even more so today in music. If you listen to bands like attack attack, asking alexandria and so on you'll hear it way more that it actually sounds fake. There's a big difference between layered vocals to make it sound bigger than auto tune. I guess you can tell if someone can actually sing when u see them live? Most band's these days who have singing parts, cant pull it off live."

I didn't see one Sturgis warrior in the comments section hahaha.

They just dropped the new song. Nordstrom is amazing...

Nordström didn't mix it though.

Hi crille and everyone else!
I´m really glad to hear that you like the sound of the new confession. It´s not one of my favorite tracks on the album but still good.
I mixed and mastered both the confession album and the Buried in Verona album.
It´s not too fun for me when people always see it as Freds work when it´s not.
Same thing with the BMTH suicide season album, but that´s just how it is sometimes.
But if you got any questions on the production I´ll do my best to answer them.
