reaper rules. it's got a bunch of VSTs that come with it, it can use the freebies on the web, run the impulse SIR thingy, and is free.

I also am loving reaper. About 10X less CPU intensive than Pro Tools LE 7.3. Maybe the 7.3.1 update is better, but still, I'm liking the free-ware better (so far).
