Whats up fellow Metalheads!
Firstly, pardon me if this has been posted in the wrong section.
New here, just getting used to the layout
And now moving on to the topic of discussion --
A drummer friend of mine and I have thrown together
some midi grooves for you guys to mess around with and enjoy!
These are very basic grooves and we'd LOVE to hear feedback from
you guys on what can be improved and also what type of grooves
you'd like to hear! These were monitored using Slate Drums, SSD 4
so they sound best with that, of course they can be used with Superior
Drummer or BFD, Addictive Drums etc etc, but the mapping would
need to change accordingly (something which I can take care of
and put out a revised version of if you guys actually like these
)
The midi was captured using a Roland TD11. The tempos we recorded
the grooves at are mentioned in the file name, but of course thats not
the tempo you must use them at, they can be varied according to need.
We got some basic rock beats, metal beats and pop punk beats.
If you want, I can put up a couple of fills that we did as well!
