Free VST's Anyone ??

Came across this site in my search on music theory information. I've downloaded all of them but have not tried any. The guitar activated synths seem cool as do the amp sims. There is quite a few of them. May be old news to some but I thaught Id share. Link below

This is interesting
- I've always been interested in guitar activated midi control [ Something along the lines of the Roland Midi Pickup Guitar/Pedal Combo ] or the Axon AX-50 [http://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/AX50/] but as far as "reliable" plug-ins [Vst, Converters Etc] do any exist currently?

I use the Helian 2nd Bass amp a lot for that nice growly bass sound. I love it. I haven't checked out much of their others yet. I'll have to give some a try. Thanks!
