I've had this for about 5 years, got it from a friend of mine who has since passed away. I need the money right now, I have too many damn guitars, and this one doesn't see much action anymore. It's from about 2003 or 2004, I believe.

Pros:
-EMG-81/60 Pickups
-TonePros Bridge
-Schaller Locking Tuners (not ESP)
-Earvana Compensated Nut
-MOP Binding on neck/body...looks classy.

Cons:
-Some decent dings on it, one of which I attempted to fill with some kinda nail polish after I got it. Most all of these are on the backside, so most folk would never really see any of it.
-24.75" scale. This is something that I personally didn't like. Might be right at home for you.
-When I got this guitar, I realized it was missing a nut on one of the saddle intonation screws. I tried getting a replacement for it, but TonePros would only be willing to sell me a whole bridge. It doesn't really cause any trouble, but it is something that's missing so I figured I'd disclose that.
-Also upon receiving this guitar, my friend had glued some kind of medal from his military service to the headstock with superglue, covering the LTD logo with it. I removed the medal and gave it back to him. I don't know how to get the superglue residue off without totally ruining the finish on the headstock...I figured with all the dings being on the backside, I'd just leave that one alone.

Comes with the case and I'll leave the strap/straplocks with it. $500 OBO. If you're in the CONUS, I'll include shipping with that. Anywhere outside of the CONUS, you pay shipping.
Any questions, just ask.
