FS: Fender Jim Root Tele in Flat White (MINT)

ehm, why you've got two?

I love Teles and I just couldn't decide between the two colors, so I bought both. I also used to have a 2nd apartment up until a few months ago, so my plan was to have one of them at either place.

Turns out I never really used the second guitar and now that I gave up that 2nd apartment, it really is surplus to my requirements (even though that's hard to admit ;) ).

Well, I'm about to record a full length Death Metal album shortly with that other Root Tele, but since I haven't started with my parts, clips are sparse on my end right now (only recorded rock stuff recently).

I do - however - have the one and only clip I recorded with the guitar in question, shortly after it arrived. It's just that pre-chorus riff from Fear Factory's "Replica". Set-up and recorded in about 1 minute (shitty EZDrummer backing inclusive :D ), no editing whatsoever, one take left and right, that's it. So don't expect anything remotely close to what that guitar is capable of. ;)

Anyway... http://dl.dropbox.com/u/1673763/Replica-Test.mp3

With these guitars, you basically get the handling and looks of a Tele with a sound that's more in the vein of a LP or SG. Surprisingly usable for rock to blues and clean stuff, too.

Edit: Hi Sloan! :Spin:

You're not selling the black one, huh?

Let's put it this way: one has to go, one will stay. ;) I just put this one up for sale as it's basically a new guitar. The black one has seen more use, but as I've taken really good care of it, it's almost in the same condition.

If selling this one falls through, I'm definitely open to selling the black one instead.

Would you be interested?
