So it's been aaaaaaaaaaaaaages since I've posted anything here, but I've got some stuff to part ways with:

Framus Cobra Head.
This amp is insane. truly great metal tone from it, a little like a mix of Mesa and 5150 and damn tight with it. If you like Killswitch Engage or Unearth you've probably heard it already and know how good it sounds.
Such a versatile amp, it's clean tone is glassy and fender like and it's gain structure is crushing with lots of mids. chuck a tube screamer in front of it and it does very nice things indeed!
Only ever used with proper impedance cabs and cables.
The handle was removed to rack mount the head, but I no longer have the handle - that said, the screws are in the head and it could do with a heavier duty handle anyway. - you can get them from Framus direct for £10.
The tolex has been damaged in a few places with a few scuffs here and there and the powder coating of the faceplate has some scuffs - These are well documented issues with the Framus (feel free to google it). It hasn't been horribly mistreated or chucked downstairs. You can also easily and cheaply do the "blackface" mod if the marks on the faceplate bother you too much.
These are purely aesthetic issues and do not effect the functioning of this incredible amp.
The amp came direct from Framus themselves and setup to high specification (Bias, tubes, etc...).
It was bought in 2007, toured the UK for 3 weeks, was played in a rehearsal room and recording studio for a short while, and has since sat unused in my house for the last 4 years with minimal playing. Mainly due to other commitments.
New, they sold direct from Framus / Warwick for around 2500 Euros.
Comes with the amp switching pedal (worth over £100 itself), enabling you to easily swap channels from the other side of the room without using your hands! ooooooh! Hardly used as I was switching via the very well done midi interface.

Custom Framus Cobra slanted 4x12 cabinet loaded with V30s Very rare!
My Framus Cobra guitar 4x12 cab that's also come direct from the Framus factory in Germany modded with Vintage 30s rather than the stock Greenbacks by Framus themselves. This was at my request as I preferred the tighter sound with the Cobra head. To my knowledge only 4 cabs were ever loaded this way, so very rare.
It can be run in stereo or mono. 100 watts at 16 ohms or 200 watts at 8 ohms and is front loaded.
It's in decent condition for these cabs, as with the head, they have thin tolex and powder coated faceplates. The metal grill has small amounts of the powder coating scuffed off, but isn't too bad on the whole (see pictures), again, this is a only cosmetic issue.
These cabs are renowned for sounding huge but sadly don't seem to be in production any longer. New they are worth over a thousand Euro, and that's with greenbacks.
Pick up is preferred as it weighs a lot. I prefer cash on collection. Both cab and head are located in Romford, Essex. That said, it's incredibly easy to jump off the M25 to get to me.
I will also be willing to deliver around London (pref not inner London - traffic!!!) for petrol money and £10 for my friend who will be driving it! Feel free to arrange a courier yourself though!
