FS/FT LTD Viper 301 & AKG D112

I have a black LTD Viper 301 with dunlop strap locks. It has EMG HZs in it, but I may have an 81 to put in it next week. I do not play this guitar anymore, and need to get some equipment for my next project. The only issue with the guitar is a chip out of the back bottom edge (I'll try to get a pic up soon). It doesn't effect sound or playability and can't be seen when playing. I will also include the coffin case. $300 US

I also have an AKG D112 that I would like to replace. It is in great condition. I have only used it once, and would like a better kick mic for metal. The AKG clip and mic case will be included. *No longer for sale.*

What do you guys think? Is the price of the guitar too high, or is there just not a whole lot of interest in this model? I have other equipment I could get rid of to raise some money, this was just the easiest for me to part with since I don't use it at all.
