Not the pic of actual stands but to lazy to bother, I had them setup for maybe a month. I have all the parts that are included. These shipped in a generic box so I don't have the original box.

My desk is so big I just can't use them anymore. They really are great for the price. I bought them with mopads as well.

Yup, I've got 'em too and they work great for me as well! (though my monitors are on Primacoustic Recoil Stabilizers on them, cuz they're sturdy stable stands but by no means effective at isolation, so you'll still wanna decouple your monitors from them!) Behold:
