I'm located in the USA. The power amp was built around 1990 or so. Sounds great. I have some older Mesa 6L6 power tubes in it. The fuse was just replaced with a new one, works like a charm. The entire time I've had it I've run tests inside and out on it to make sure it was running ok like I do with all of my gear, and it's as solid as a rock. There are some marks where it screws into a rack and some other minor cosmetics flaws like random scratches etc, but it's from 1990, it was meant to be used! You wouldn't notice it unless you look for it.
