I think some of those Cali laws revolve around the movie filming industry

I also think some of those laws posted are spoofs, but its amazing what a bunch of cry babys can get a board or legislation to approve if they cry hard enough, loud enough and long enough...... then theres the insurance industry/lawsuit angle

that's because there is a rumour that the man Shakespeare was not actually the great writer we know today, and that someone else used his name to publish their work because back in the Elizabethan era it was not acceptable for people in more noble positions of government to write works involving emotions etc - they were only supposed to write official documents.. what is taught about Shakespeare, that he went to a grammar school etc, is pretty much purely just speculation because it "would have been" the school he went to if he were from a little bit higher class family as there are records that his family was from around that area (though it's actually suggested his family was lower working class).. I did a study on him for school a few years back.. it's rather interesting just how little is really known about him..
