Illegal Immigrants.
They did not have citizenship to the country so the guy took them to INS to get their asses deported, or simply scare the shit out of them. There are a lot of Mexicans living in America (especially here on the west coast) who don't have their Visa and most don't even fucking speak English.
I'm not 100% racist but what I think that guy did was fucking awesome. I fucking hate Mexicans that:
1. Don't have citizanship
2. Don't speak fucking English.
