Gamma Ray

I also want to know many things dude, and I don't ask people, because if I did, they would think I'm ignorant.

Are you serious? Not that there's much wrong with it but you ask a lot of questions (often ones which could be extremely easily answered by Google/Wikipedia).

Dude, don't even get me started on what just happened recently...

Aaanyway! Bananaramma Gay in a few days, so psyched. From all the songs I've heard, they all seem to be winners! I'm most definitely spending whatever little birthday cash I receive on a few of their albums. It's looong overdue.

Gamma Ray...well I grew up listening to them. Personally I love Land of the Free and Majestic, the other albums are good but those two are the best.

I'm the one with no name and I won't play your game
I'm no light in the darkness, no savior
let my powers unfold and before I get cold
let me die as a rebel
OR LIVE AS A FREE MAN AT LAST

I still want Kiske's man-babies. His voice is like pure power-metal-nerd seduction.

Haha, I was going to make a point that I particularly like that song! :kickass:

never really listened to them... didn't some of their members form the band freedom call? i really like freedom call. what would you guys reccomend? (i looked up gamma ray once on youtube and then i learned about beck and forgot to continue to look for their music)

I think they share a drummer. Gamma Ray has a pretty similar style of music to Freedom Call. You should listen to Man on a Mission or Into the Storm.

I'm loving Armageddon and Gardens of the Sinner at the moment, along with Man On A Mission, Into the Storm, Rain, and Fight.

Dan isn't anymore in Freedom Call, just recorded the latest album wit them and that's it, since the tour they have a new drummer :)
I'm a big Gamma Ray fan since age 15 or so and seen them as much as possible live :) And soon it will be a great line-up with Iron Mask wit mr. Steve Williams on keys, Rage, Hammerfall, Gamma Ray, Edguy and Europe @ PPM Fest in Mons (Belgium)
So certainly looking forward to this !

I'm so excited to see them tomorrow but this massive snowstorm that's pounding the US has me wondering whether or not I'll even be able to go :( Chicago's supposed to look like a madhouse, god knows what getting there would be like!

And that video rules!

The weather's cleared up and all three of us are set for the show! So excited! :D
