i think gene should play in a band that is more melodic and technical tham syl.In SYL he just plays fast doublebass(which is not bad)but cmon he can defintely do more than that

SYL and Death sould not be compared. They are very different in musical styles. Death musically mastered the genre they helped create, and SYL is opening up new boundries for new genres.
