Gent (Belgium)
I've just got back from a weekend there and I can highly recommend it.
Every July they have a 10 day Music / Arts festival.
(It seems mainly a good excuse for a p*ss up
)
Now musically its not massivly rock orientated, (Mainly Euro Pap *) although there are a few bands who throw in some rock covers. But hey if you fancy a weekend away in a beautiful city with loads of great beers (at good prices approximately £1.00 for a Hoogarden and even cheaper for the local brews) and free entertainment give it a blast.
* And I do mean PAP not POP
