Hey, this is my second post in here, I've made another simple riff and drums to practise my mixing, here it is:

I'm definitely getting better through practice but I'm just hoping that anyone can give me some criticism if there are things that sound out of place.

Guitars are doubletracked with TSE X30, only EQ is a slight high shelf to make them sound a little brighter.

Drums all sampled, Bass is just the DI track with lots of compression and EQ.

I'm quite happy with it but I know it could sound shitloads better... I know its quiet overall aswell, the only thing on the master bus is a multiband compressor just to bring the levels up a bit because I'm lost when it comes to mastering and don't wanna just slap a preset on.

Cheers for listening!

Seems very guitar centric in the mix i.e the rest just ain't pumping enough really

Cheers guys. Harry Hughes - I think I was trying to compensate for my guitars being too quiet usually and overdid it. I'm gonna see if I can improve the levels now.
