Getting the Guitar Pro sound in Reaper ?

I wonder if Logic has something like that. What I do for is export the midi from guitar pro. Import it into Sweet Midi Player and then export it as a mp3/aiff file which I then import into Logic.

I think you have to solo midi track and render whole track for that, and import rendered track.

That's one of the stupid things on most DAWs, I thikn nezvers is right. Anyone using a synth table on Mac ? I'd like to know what are the options, apparently you can use the .au included in MacOsX that shows up in the AU plugins as an insert, but I'd love to be able to simply have a wavetable available in the settings as default for midi output when no vst is inserted, I don't know if that behavior could exist ? That would be nice if an imported midi would play right away. Otherwise any synth vst that could give the exact same sounds as the microsoft wavetable ?

As far as i remember guitar pro has a function to export wave, so you don't need to use external app to convert it midi to wave
