I've been listening to The Black Dahlia Murder for a while and they're really good. Okay, it's the typical melodeath stuff, recycled riffs from any bands you have heard of, but nonetheless, they rock. I hope I could see them with Arch Enemy in couple days.

i'm not arch and i don't have a summary of reasons (sounds like a lost artifact), but i guess it must be because arch enemy have a new record out since last tour and dark tranquillity don't.

btw, i just noticed: arch - arch enemy. sometimes it's scary how stupid i am.

i'd say nay, although that doesn't mean there might not be dates (and pinapples, and bananas, and...) in the autumn. but they won't be headlining a full tour any time soon, unless miracles start happening, in which case i'd like to become tall, thank you.

If you happen to know some really good show promoters have them contact DT's manager for a tour. That's the most logical step I can think of.

Where would you want DT to play, venues... Toads Place in New Haven, CT is good. everyone from local bands to the Rolling Stones and Yngwie Malmsteen has played there

a scarcity of dark tranquillity shows is rumoured to be able to lead to such dramatic consequences.

The US had to deal with a major DT live shortage up until Damage Done came out, and even then I never seen them play for longer then a half hour.

I agree... I'm a fairly new fan, since he first album I heard was Damage Done, or around the time of it.. to bad I haven't been listening to DT for as long as In Flames...
