Gloria Morti - Epic Death/Black hybrid metal

Even if you hate death/black I'd give this a listen if you like bands like Keep of Kalessin. It has amazing atmosphere and production and the vocals are not obtrusive on the music and mainly death but with some black rasps. This song is very powerful with sizzling riffs and blistering speed and yet a shimmering melodic quality. I don't like black metal much at all, but the melodic aspects and the death metal power of this band is hard to not like.

[Soundscape]

yeah, I'm a fan. Eryx was one of the better record of 2008, and the new album is about on par with it. The varied vocal style really works well for these guys.
