Have you heard the Acrimony album I posted? The only rip available online is pretty rough but it's the pinnacle of Slavic tech-thrash imo, totally paranoid controlled chaos. It came with a blurb on the cover, "Techno-thrash for the thinking", indicating that is an album for those of patrician taste. Most people aren't capable of appreciating it.
