It's on my honorable mentions but a lot of stuff on both my top ten and my honorable mentions surpass Vulgar Display of Power for me. It's a good album though.Am I going to be the only one with Pantera in my list?

Considered Dark Millennium for my list and it's a great album but it suffers from sounding so obviously german.
There are some pretty awesome cleans on some of the other tracks as well. So, it's the full package.I'm listening to it now on Youtube. Yeah this is totally killer, majestic instrumentation so far but with very regressive, brutal and primitive vocals. Consuming Impulse-esque even.
