in 1982 we beat argentina, in 1986 we got 4th after defeating russia and spain. in 1990 we won the group but got wiped out by england. in 1994 we beat holland in the group stage but got defeated by germany after bad refereeing in the 2nd round. in 1998 we didnt lose (didnt win either) and in 2002 we lost from brazil after being the better team...
