God Dethroned

Ever album comes out and every album I can't get into..I always know of them and hear when an album comes out but they bore me..

I think some people struggle with God dethroned because of their combination of styles....

They are in no way, shape or form typical melodic death metal. From a riffing/guitar players perspective, they are very different from other melodic death bands.

They are a strange hybrid of true death metal and a hint of black metal with melody. A few of their albums did get slower, but I didn't have any problem with that.


Really for those who dont like their last few albums, or havent heard anything.... I URGE YOU TO CHECK OUT THE NEW SONG ....

Yeah the new one sounds a bit more in the "war" death metal vein (not "war metal" like Revenge though) with more straightforward right-for-the-jugular tremolo riffs and well written songs. I like the concept too.
