So my buddy needs help on his final for school. That means I get to go in and record him. Any do's and don'ts for using analog gear for the first time? We have to mic a kit, record through the board into pro tools and we have a HUGE selection of gear. I have been recording for almost 3 years now but have never had the chance to operate any gear other than and interface out of the box. Thanks for any help!
