Evanescence - Thoughtless (Korn cover)
"Why are you trying to make fun of me?
You think it's funny?
What the fuck you think it's doing to me?
You take your turn lashing out at me...
...All of my hate cannot be found
I will not be drowned by your thoughtless scheming
Now you can try to tear me down
Beat me to the ground
I will see you screaming"

^:kickass: How did you obtain that CD again?

If anyone says I'm hitting on them I swear to god you'll look even fatter in the next picture that goes into "DT board bible"

In Flames- Dead god in Me

Into Eternity- 3 dimensional aperture
Children of Bodom- Wrath Within

since i mentioned this in another thread:

fighting with gloves
now we're the ones a hundred times fuckeder
hitting above the belt
now we're the ones a hundred times fuckeder
citing defense
now we're the ones a hundred times fuckeder
absorbing all the lies
now we're the ones a hundred times fuckeder

we get what we fucking deserve
bringing raised fists to a knife fight
you'd think developed minds could learn
not to give benefit of doubt
you wouldn't trust a hungry animal
around your newborn, would you?

sharing the wealth
now we're the ones a hundred times fuckeder
taking the high road
now we're the ones a hundred times fuckeder
showing respect
now we're the ones a hundred times fuckeder
giving a shit
now we're the ones a hundred times fuckeder

did anyone really expect
to win a race already fixed
the spoils doled out in advance
the infant heir already picked
all allegations of fraud
categorically dismissed as absurd

Laethora- Black Void Remembrance

I'm in love with these guys lately

Primordial - The Gathering Wilderness

I never get tired of this song because of the powerful emotion it carries. It's one of these songs that completely binds you straight from the first listening. From the musical splendour to the accomplished vocals, this is a masterpiece. Starting with a slow and sorrowful musical intro and ending in a painful and dark outro, it's a musical experience one has to live at least once in his life. The best part is that all the way through the song, Nemtheanga's singing is the image of pain itself. The tone of his voice is a perfect match with the music and lyrics. Truly, this song is one of the few that marked me for life (or at least, a very long time).

I know what you mean. That song is one giant crescendo for me and packs so much emotion in I will probably never get tired of it

NP: Laethora again

Np: Tori Amos - Hey Jupiter

hey jupiter
nothing's been the same
so are you gay
are you blue
thought we both could use a friend to run to
hey jupiter
nothing's been the same
so are you safe
now we're through
thought we both could use a friend to run to
hey jupiter

It never really ceases to amaze me how well Tori Amos' music and lyrics connect with me. I couldn't get into Boys For Pele at first, one of the many albums that just don't get you on the first listens and then you leave it for ages only to find it amazing later on.
Though I feel like I'm shooting myself in the leg whenever I listen to Caught A Lite Sneeze.

Well actually, Np: Magellan - Symphonette
I take too long thinking up what to say about songs, I guess. Well, this one's an instrumental so not that much to say about it. :p Magellan is good 'prog' rock/metal though, check it out.

Misery Inc. - Random End - "Fallen Rage"

Went to see them play yesterday, was a great gig and I enjoyed immensely seeing my good friend Jules and distant relative Niko perform. After the gig I was too wasted to do anything else except talk crap with Jules, but it was well worth it.
