I have all the albums on the comp so yeah I've checked them out...although I only got Ignition just a while ago, and I haven't really listened much to those songs you mentioned. Didn't like them on the first listen. Dirty Magic, LAPD and Nothing From Something seemed like the prominent ones...but yeah, I'll listen more.
those are rather good as well (except i don't care much for lapd, which sounds like a copycat of punk songs from faster and truer bands, like rancid). ignition is a pretty good record by offspring standards, and it probably marks the point where they expressed what (little) they had to say. later on they managed to become famous with a stale formula the masses hadn't been subjected to yet. and of late... meh. :erk:

Oh, interesting. I didn't know it was by Depeche Mode. I've only heard Stripped something like 3 years ago, though, back when I wasn't even into Rammstein...

Ok... now, I know putting my gf's music on my comp was a nice thing of me to do, but this is what it does to my playlist... I mean, seriously:

Opeth - Wreath
Brian McKnight - Back at One
Fabolous - Holla Back
Emperor - I am the Black Wizards
Samael - Baphomet's Throne
Brandy - Full Moon
Immortal - Where Dark And Light Don't Differ
Michelle Branch - You Get Me
Emperor - Thorns on My Grave
Dimmu Borgir - Rajbjorn Speiler Draugheimens Skodde

Now, I wonder which of those are mine...:Smug:

Organize your playlist properly, mmkay? Even better, have a separate playlist for you and your girlfriend.

I wish Garm didn't just whisper and moan for half the song. The sax is nice, but ah, Perdition City still doesn't seem too amazing after a year or so.

Actually, Np: Ulver - Porn Piece Or The Scars Of Cold Kisses

^good song

omg. :yell: you don´t know the true classics. I hope at least you don´t think that Personal Jesus is a Marilyn Manson-song... ;)

If you wanna learn about one of the main influences on today´s music, and I mean metal, too (of course DM would scream now because they think that they are still doing current music..) then listen through their discography, especially Black Celebration (including Stripped), Songs of Faith and Devotion, Music For The Masses, Violator and Ultra. But actually you could start right from the beginning, there were four more albums even before Black Celebration. DM for ever
