Steel Prophet - Beware I think these guys just get better with every release. More thrash and aggression in their sound than ever before.

Hatesphere - Ballet of the Brute Every thrash fan simply NEEDS to own this. It's like The Haunted, but better.

Scourge - Transgression Killer!

The Amenta - Ocassus If you love Susperia, you should dig this. It's extreme Aussie metal to the nth degree of awesomeness.

And if you don't have the latest God Forbid album yet, you should be ashamed of yourself.

Shadows Fall are indeed good, I plan on picking the new one up at some stage. Everything else there I am interested in as well.

Has anyone heard Himsa? I heard one of their albums the other day and it wasn't bad. I think Southy, Spawn and Gore would dig them. Download the song 'A Girl In Glass' for a sample. Killer riff in that.

Also bought the Star Wars DVDs. $70 at JB, compared to $90 at HMV.

The two songs that were played on Full Metal Racket last night weren't bad. Not outstanding or anything, but good.

I liked the sound of the two new Bloodbath songs more. All I have heard about that was Koich saying it was shit, but I like what I have heard. New Cradle Of Filth sounded worth checking out too.
