Got a deal on an ENGL Invader 100, what to do?

You can get a good sound out of an ENGL, but you just have to work with it. Forget what the EQ knobs are supposed to look like and just use your ears. ENGLs do have a different feel to them that is different from a Mesa or Peavey. If you like that type of character, then don't worry about what others think. Buy what makes you happy and inspires you to write music.
