Got burned twice in the same day on eBay...

So I won two auctions a couple of days apart. One is for an M-Audio Microtrack and the other for a beautiful Randall RG100ES. I paid for both items about 10 days ago. I e-mail both people for a shipping update. One of them pulled the "death in the family" excuse while the other flat out said they won't be shipping it. Unfortunately, I paid for the amp using Bill Me Later, and you can't resolve those in the resolution center on eBay. Waiting to hear back from Bill Me Later to see if I can get my money back.

WTF! I can't win.

The death in the family excuse may be a real case though.. but i still feel for you man, it sucks big time.

Did the Randall ad specify pickup only/no shipping? Or even buyer arranges courier, etc... ?
