Got the CD christmas

I love 'Tears.... the music is so dark, beautiful and heavy. Also the artwork is some of the most beautiful I've ever seen.

I was just wondering what the samples at the begining the album mean, it seems quite strange at first there is that 'Mall ambience' type sample then the 'stream' type sample. I know this is a weird question but the whole album seems quite nature based but at the begining there is that almost urban sample, I was just wondering if anyone knows the significance of this?

That was the symbolic feature. It's like a soul is leaving the populated area to join the wildness of nature. No human spirit is needed any more. That's the story. ) Cheers!
