Gracenote CDDB Database Problems.

I uploaded my bands new ep details to the CDDB via iTunes and when i put the CD in on different computers the Artist is wrong. Track list and everything is the same, Just the Artist. I think a Simple typo from someone missing 'The' in the name.

Has anyone had any experience with this?

I've tried re submitting the info a bunch of times, and from different IP addresses incase they have some kind of IP address Registry.

Any help?

hey man we had no trouble with our e.p obviously it took a while to go through though. maybe email them and see what they can do. seems really odd.

although our cd is in their database as a compilation and alternative/punk.... idiots.

On Gracenote's website they give a contact email support@gracenote.com
I used that email and seriously that day the support manager Julie fixed it and emailed me back.

Yeah i emailed them a few days ago, havent heard anything back.

I suppose Im just giving it a few hits by re submitting to give me some better chances.
