Great lesser known albums by well established bands

It's no secret I love later day Sabbath like Tyr and Headless Cross, pretty much all Judas Priest and later day Fate like 9 or Into the Shadows. Oh hey, or even Riot before and after Thundersteel, or Accept, Scorpions, etc.

Mainly what I'm looking for is traditional metal (including stuff that's hard rock oriented is fine) from bands with big discographies that tend to be overlooked for whatever reason.
