Great song, but Unknown band... (Help)

I have a cassette tape since 90's, with a song recorded from the Radio, I can't figure it out the lyrics, band, or something related to this track...

If someone in the forum can understand parts of the lyrics, or better, knows the band or the track, please help me.

Kind of sounds like Gorbalrog - Triumphator/Das Bšse, but the vocals and other parts of the song dont really match up.

The first riff of the lead guitar is pretty similar to the song that I look for... but still, it isn't the same song.
