I heard 'Light of Day, Day of Darkness' or whatever a few years back... it's very cool and progressive, but got a bit stale on repeated listens. I recall the riffs themselves not having much interest, it was just more about how the entire thing was structured.

But really now, I haven't heard the new EP, but the last full length was terrible and it has really put me off listening to any more of their new material. Perhaps I'll give the EP a chance... but, I can't really emphasize it enough... the last album sounded so banal and generic to my ears that I couldn't stand to listen to the whole thing through.

(but the first three are still pretty good!)
