They DO have an exercise room which I finally took advantage of last year. (Yes, it really DOES help you get over a hangover!) .
Having never stayed there, my biggest concern about the Residence is whether or not it has the breakfast buffet that Granada has.

Granada breakfasts suck!uke:
We booked a 2-bed suite at the Granada when the PP IX dates were announced.

We booked a 2-bed suite at the Granada when the PP IX dates were announced. (Also one at the Res. Inn just to be safe.) We usually have food in the room since it has a kitchen. I thought their breakfast was pretty damn good and I like the open bar happy hour. They DO have an exercise room which I finally took advantage of last year. (Yes, it really DOES help you get over a hangover!) What other amenities people are looking for, I dunno. The BEC crew likes to be able to go back and forth easily, so the Granada appeals to us.
I booked one of those too..we'll probably be neighbors!![]()

GREAT! Hopefully, we'll be near one another on the third floor. The proximity of the Granada to the venue is a huge draw for us, since we definitely need to go back and forth a lot. That, and of course the friends we always find there.I'm so happy to see you guys will be joining us. Yip and I are also BIG on the back and forth easily thing, and the Granada has been good to us for lo these many years so far, so we're happy with what we know (and the good rate).

So, who's having the party this year in the Granada? I know that last year, it was tough to find one.

I hopped on travelocity yesterday right after I saw Glenn's post the other morning. Got me a King be suit with a jacuzzi. Wahoo! Party's at our room (again) next year!![]()
I love the Granada!
I've never seemed to had trouble finding a party at the Granada ... or course it helps when you are the one throwing the party. Last year, booB, you either weren't looking very hard or you were one of the folks we had to turn away because our one bedroom room last year got a little too crowded. (Sorry.) This year however we will have a nice big suite with plenty of room. Please stop by!So, who's having the party this year in the Granada? I know that last year, it was tough to find one.
