GT75-Dual recto test

Today I had some times to try mic my Marshall cab with stock gt75....I set up the head with the D.H.I.A.D.W preset Andy released....
How is the tone? don't hear the drums....it sound like total shit...and my playing is too sloppy

Very nice! Just my opinion, but I think the recto and the 1960A were made for each other. Sure, the T75 sounds pushed back and scooped compared to the V30, but I think that's what gives it a more evil growl, especially if you're not drop-tuning super low.

I found the gt75 less fizzy than v30s......but just my opinion......I put the sm57 in the centre of the cone , the eq I used is irrilevant.

Yes the drum was my little fucker alesis sr16, the sloppy playing is in my guitarz....haha!
I think that sound is reflecting my style of playng, but I want to try the same recto setting with the mesa std recto cab, and do a comparison

Cool tone but I think it would be better with more mid (just a little bit more)...

they sound really "cannibal corpse", more open than your mesa cab.
I prefer something between this and your mesa cab, many times your mesa cab sound too much "middy", this is a tiny bit fizzy not in a bad way, I think is a matter of taste really.
You're a hell of a guitarist, stop saying your playing is sloppy lol
