No tootsie nothings in England, not that I've come across anyway. You can probably find them in some places if you look hard enough, maybe at a Costco, but apart from that nope! I think my friend from the states brought some tootsie rolls back with him after visiting relatives, if I recall correctly my reaction to it was "meh" at best

Yeah man, tootsie rolls are an american thing, i've tasted them and kinda thought, yeuch. But the british (and particuarly scottish) palate is very bland.
