Sounds like mainly feedback and delay. Maybe some kind of synth guitar effect as well. I used to have something like this on my old digitech 2120.

Ebow + Delay. I don't hear really any feedback from the amp, and it doesn't sound like it was tracked with very much gain at all (ebow gets pretty loud pretty quick).
thanks dude! just found out my friend has a ebow.. so i'll deffs be lending that off him!
and i think it could be a bass, not a guitar.. i'm unsure.
