Guitar Rig 4 is out, lets do some comparisons already !

Im demoing it out....

Ive been using LEpou lately, and I like the results....

Guitar Rig doesnt support any impulse loading, but has an interesting system in itself.

Im busy with my work lately, but id love to see some of you tone dudes start putting it thru its paces, and tellign us if its a winner or not!

Havent tried it on guitar..

but so far it had some nice bass tones =]

Im getting decent tones out of it right now, and thats comign from a guy who has tried everything under the sun.. I still love Lepou's setup with my various favorite impulses, but it's an interesting comparison....

To be honest, after trying the three earlier Guitar Rigs, I have no desire whatsoever to even give this one a go :/

I just can`t get a proper tight sound out of it. Maybe it`s me, but i never had the same problem with any other sim.

I downloaded Podfarm for free the last week. It usefull for scratch and for DI's but if I want a decent/killer tone, I use my real amps.

Using Guitar Rig4 along with Vandal from Magix...every software has different flavor

I just tried this out in the demo format.
It's good.......but to put it this way, compared to GR4, Revelver is excellent.
Stick with Revalver if you're serious about metal tones. I even liked POD Farm more still for it's Triple recto sim.
