Some of you may remember me telling a story about how I lost my ring finger on my right hand. So it's been a battle getting my chops back where they used to be due to the 4 year layoff. 
So besides the obvious keep playing. What is a good technique to getting my stamina up? I used to be able to play 10 hours at a time. These days 15-20 mins and my fingers turn to spaghetti. Then I have to rest them for about 10-15 mins before playing again. I fear this will become a bad habit in the long run or am I just being paranoid?
I know there is tons of info out there and everyone is different. Still, I'm looking to see how my fellow board members would deal with this situation.
