Need help with tapping-technique

I think what Angelo mostly uses his string dampeners for is for when he plays his ambidextrous guitar and harmonizes lines legato with one hand on each fretboard.

So that`s why, i`m wasn`t saying he cheated or anything, anyway, i was wrong so i`ll shut up !
