Guitar troubles - broken volume knob

Can anybody help me out? The volume knob on my guitar has come off and it won't fit back on. I play an ESP MH250 model (see the photo).

Basically, the volume on the guitar still works but it's just a hassle to use now. I'm not sure if I'll have to replace the volume control completely. If so, could someone tell me a good place to order parts from and exactly what I'll need? My knowledge of guitar mechanics is next to nothing.

I want to avoid going to a guitar shop if necessary because they're so expensive.

There should be a small set screw on the side of the volume knob to tighten it back on. If that is lost you might be able to get one at a local guitar dealer or hardware store.

You have a split shaft pot. So when tightening the set screw on the side of the knob, make sure it's going into the side near where the shaft splits.
