I bought a broken charvel 15 yrs ago, fixed it, traded it for a bfoken jackson, fixed it, traded that for a broken gibson, fixed it, traded that for a good esp that needed some pups etc....

(sometimes it was "traded", sometimes "sold and bought")

so it took quite some work and effort as well as alot of time, but not as much money as one might think....


came i handy that I'm pretty good in fixing guitars and have an eye for a good catch on ebay.

I got most of them when I was a student, so pretty much when I had no money at all

I don't have a car, though, lived in cheap appartements, did not go out often in the weekends etc....

thanks, that used to be Gavin's still has some fretjob to be done etc, but once finished (might take a bit until I've got the money for that) it'll shine again

wich one, the MI or MII?

the MII is one of my absolute favourites, not the biggest bottom-end but bites and cuts like nothing else.
the MI is similar but a bit smoother sounding with a bit more punch in the lows
