Guitars out of phase, any way to solve?

you can listen those guitars are pretty out of phase..
re-record is not an option, can you guys please give me some advise, what can I do to fix it? any tricks you guys have ?

I tried phase reverse and seems not working really well...

reamp..I don't know..because he didn't record the guitar DI track.

the guitar -> peavey triple XXX - > sm57 on axis, and another 57 off axis.(quad tracked)

I tried many combo..seems that the off axis mics are fine but the on-axis one,
one of the overdub out of phase to the other..I can definitely ditch that track but I just want to see if I can have other options other than ditch that track.
