it's not properly mixed yet and the master bus quite overly compressed.
tomorrow will record the vocal.

but the guitar tone bugged me , I dialed the similar guitar tone in my head just sound not perfect.
like it needs more edge and the palm mute sound not tight and heavy enough

what you do guys think? any problems of the guitar tone?
or some EQ will cut it ?
thanks in advance!

*UPDATE* 1

I guess the drums are more the problem. the base and the snare let it sound a bit muddy in my opinion. they could have more punch to feel the bääm ;) the guitars seems to be alright to me.

The first Cymbal on the right at the beginning is a bit aggressive. on the original it's smoother. maybe a bit hall on the cymbals can help or take out some freqs above ~14k. it's sticks out too much. the others are better. only that first cymbal..

I now follow your idea to change the drums mix and figured out a better guitar tone : )
the mix sound much better now tho the mix sound not punchy enough, will figure out once the vocal is done! thanks Red Phoenix:headbang:
