Happy Birthday Sydo!!

Ahhh the infamous Sydo turns a year older.......... Have an insignificant ale for me! (If you have any left?????)
Happy Birthday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sydo- 1 Spawny- 1

 Thanks guys!! After spending most of the weekend and this morning studying hard for this weeks exams, it was great to see some messages.

I had dinner and drinks with some mates on Thursday night and a familiy BBQ lunch on Saturday, but other than that things were pretty low key.

I didn't get a Judas Priest ticket, I already had mine anyway
But with a little bit of this and a bit more of that, I had a good time.

Thanks again! :tickled:

Yes, thats great and everything, but you didnt answer my question, are there any bottles of insignificant ales that were sunk in celebration?? :D

I think there are about 4 left in the fridge. That's 4 out of 120.
I have 64 bottled at the moment, but they are a different 'formula' and wont be ready for at least another 3 weeks.

I barely had anything to drink over the weekend, I just didn't feel like it.
As soon as exams are over, I'll get back into it. Which, rather coincidently, is about the same time the new brew will be ready!

120?? Bloody hell, liver failure here we come

A new formula? Whats the secret ingredient? (If you say "care" Ill track you down and slap you stupid :) )

It's a more basic mixture than the Insignificants. Different Malt and no hops this time.

I didn't drink many of the 120, probably less than half. But I don't know where the others went. At least I don't think I drank them.

What are hops? (They obviously arent the jumping kind)

Hops, for my purposes, are in the form of small pellets. They come from Hop plants.
I boil them in water, strain and add to the brew.

They are meant to give the brew a different flavour, and depending on what beer you are making they can greatly improve the taste.
