I was glad Mayweather won..I can't stand the Golden boy. Not that Mayweather is a role model either. haha...

The better fighter definitely won that night. Not a great fight, but a good one nonetheless.

Couldn't agree more - my heart was with De La Hoya - but Mayweather deserved the win for sure - I was just happy I got to see it cuz it wasn't in my plans so it was quite a pleasant surprise.

Funny I used to HATE boxing - never understood 2 grown men beating the sh*t out of each other! :zombie: It wasn't until I started training and doing a little fighting myself that I learned to have a better appreciation for the "sweet science". Now I'm a junkie ( especially for kick boxing) and I TIVO every fight I can!!! Funny how things change.....
