The most intriguing and environmentally-conscious gift I received this holiday season is this key chain from my new boss.

We read of the Blue Star in Hopi literature, we read of blue beams in conspiracy circles, and we read of the "purest blue" in our latest Nevermore lyrics. Naturally I'm intrigued by this gift and am very curious about what awaits ahead in '09 and into the future.

Now at least, I can rest assured that I am helping the environment while getting loaded.

Gives new meaning to the phrase "recycled gift" doesn't it?

That's cool. I have some crystal wine and champagne glasses from back in the day. Now they're mostly for show, or maybe the occasional guest(s). I have a couple bottles of wine, vodka, rum that are still "aging" nicely in the cabinet.

By the way, even if I don't attend CPF '09 I've decided to buy the first bottle of Jager for the new crop of "adults".
